I have been training with Adam since December 2019. He ranks as one of the best personal trainers I have ever worked with! In our 2x week sessions, he is on time, prepared, positive, encouraging, and focused on my well being. While we may focus on a series of movements for 4-6 weeks, the workout is never the same and is tailored to my body's needs every time. My weekly sessions with Adam are on Friday afternoons, and they are the best way to kick off my weekend -- better than wine, hands down.
